Enable duplicate prevention

Link your form to Airtable

On the Integrate page, select Airtable and connect your Airtable account if you haven’t yet. Choose Create record as the action. Duplicate prevention isn’t available when updating records.Screenshot of the Form designer tab of a form
Prevent duplicates is available on the Fillout Pro and Business plans, and on Team and Enterprise. Zite Free, Pro and Business plans don’t include it for forms. See Fillout pricing.

Turn on duplication prevention

Under Advanced, turn on Prevent duplicates?.Screenshot of the Form designer tab of a formIn Fields to enforce uniqueness, pick one or more Airtable fields to check. A new submission isn’t saved to Airtable if it matches an existing record in any of the fields you picked. In this example, submissions aren’t saved if they match another record’s Product Name.You can pick email, single line text, phone number and formula fields.

Click Publish so the change applies to your live form.
