How it works
New customers If you cancel your plan within the first month of a monthly or annual subscription, you may request a full refund, provided your account usage was minimal. Existing customers Refund requests made within 14 days of the upgrade charge are eligible for a full refund, provided usage has not exceeded the usage limit of the former plan. Any refund requests made after 14 days will be applied as account credit toward future invoices. Final charges Outside the situations described above, or in cases of significant usage, all charges are final. Refunds are not available for downtime, temporary issues, or performance-related concerns.How plan changes affect billing
You can change or cancel your plan at any time. When you do:- Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, regardless of whether you have a monthly or annual plan.
- You will not be charged again unless you choose to upgrade or reactivate your plan.
- To remove your payment method, contact Zite support at support@fillout.com.
How auto-upgrade works
If you add a credit card during your Zite trial, your account will automatically upgrade at the end of your trial unless you opt out. You can opt out of the auto-upgrade at any time before the end of the trial, and you will not be charged. Visit the Billing and Usage page to Downgrade to the Free plan. Once the trial ends, the account will continue with the option you selected.Zite credit usage and generative AI
Zite credits are consumed when generative AI features are used. Because generative AI is inherently flexible and exploratory, results can vary based on inputs, timing, and iteration. This means it may not always be possible to achieve a specific outcome or consume the number of credits you originally anticipated. We recommend using the Plan mode as part of the creative process. For this reason, used credits cannot be refunded, even if the results aren’t what you anticipated.Refunds related to disruptions and features
In some cases:- An app within Zite may experience temporary issues.
- A specific feature you need may not be available.
