Custom form links and share preview
Customize your form's share link, subdomain and URL ending to match your organization's branding and generate a pretty URL. Edit the image thumbnail and text of your share preview for social media sites.

How to customize your form's share link
You can change your share link even without a custom domain. On the Share page of your form, go to Customize link. Then, click
Edit link
. Choose
Pretty URL
. If you prefer using your own custom domain (completely white-labelled), click here (requires Fillout business or enterprise).Enter your subdomain and click
Change my subdomain
. For example, let's use Foodmart.
Now, all the links of your forms will start with foodmart.fillout.com.
Good to know: The original default form link will still redirect to the same form. There is no need to share the new customized link to those whom you have shared the original link with prior.
Edit the custom ending of your link
You can enter any text for your form link’s ending to personalize it. In this example, we'll use happiness-survey. Type in the ending and click
Set custom ending
.That's it! Now, your form link is now at foodmart.fillout.com/happiness-survey.
Customize social media share preview
By default, your form's share preview shows the name of your form and a general description. Under Change share preview, click
Customize
to edit the Title, Description, and Thumbnail. Upload the image from your desktop, choose an image from the Gallery or paste the an image's Link. Then, click
Save settings
once done.Copy

Click
Edit link
followed by Show default link. Then, click Change subdomain
. Alternatively, you can go to General under Settings to remove it.In the new tab, click
Remove subdomain
. Note that this will remove the subdomain from all your forms.
