Google Forms is a free and user-friendly tool for creating surveys, quizzes, and forms to collect information efficiently. It offers customizable templates, supports various question types, and integrates seamlessly with Google Sheets for easy data analysis. Forms can be shared via link, email, or website, with real-time response tracking. While ideal for businesses, education, and personal use, it has limited design customization and lacks advanced features like conditional logic and payment collection.
Why a logo matters
A logo is more than just a symbol—it’s the face of your brand. Whether you're running a business, a nonprofit, or a personal project, a strong logo helps create a lasting impression and builds trust. Here’s why having a well-designed logo is essential:
Builds brand recognition: Makes your brand easier to identify and remember.
Creates a professional image: Signals credibility and trustworthiness to customers.
Makes you stand out: Helps differentiate your brand from competitors in a crowded market.
Strengthens customer connection: Builds trust and fosters long-term loyalty.
Improves visual appeal: Creates a polished and cohesive look across platforms.
Supports brand consistency: Keeps your visual identity cohesive across all marketing materials.
How to insert a logo
Create a Google Form or open an existing one. Click the paint palette icon to Customize Theme in the upper right side.
In the right-panel, go to Header and upload your logo. Resize your logo as you see fit.
That’s it! Now, your logo is in your form.
Other logo placements
There are more ways to add a logo and give your form a polished look, like placing a smaller logo in the corner or using a transparent overlay. Unfortunately, Google Forms doesn’t support these options yet. However, alternative form builders like Fillout make it easy to customize logo placement.
To add a logo in your form, look for the Image field from the left-hand panel and upload your logo.
Click the settings icon to make adjustments to your logo’s size and alignment in the right-hand panel. That’s it! Your logo is now placed on the form page.
To add your logo in every page, click Theme in the upper left corner of your form. Toggle the Logo switch and upload your image. Your logo will now appear in the upper left corner of all your pages.
A well-placed logo makes your forms look more professional and reinforces your brand with every submission. While Google Forms has basic logo options, alternative form builders like Fillout give you more flexibility to customize placement and design. Whether you need a simple header logo or a fully branded experience, the right tool makes all the difference.
