Require respondents to verify their email or enter a password. Restrict logins to just your company's domain or a specific list in a database. Optionally limit to 1 submission or let users edit their past responses.

Add a login page

Login pages can be used to secure your form behind a password, or verify that the provided email is valid (and that they own it). Click + Add page, and choose Login.

Email login

By default, the Verification type assigned when adding a Login page is Email. This requires respondents to enter an email before proceeding with the form.

You can restrict access to your form by allowing only specific email domains. For instance, you can limit access to emails ending with @yourcompany.com. Simply turn on the Restrict domains switch on the left-hand panel, and enter your company domain.
 
Respondents will receive a message in their inbox containing a security code to verify their login. You can customize the Email subject and add an Email body through the left-hand panel as well.

Limit respondents to one form submission

You can prevent respondents from submitting your form multiple times by toggling the Limit to one submission switch under Limit submissions.

Use databases to restrict logins

If your form is connected to a database like Airtable in the Integrations page, you can limit logins only to respondents listed in that specific database. This will also return the associated respondent's record to use in the form.
 
On the left-hand panel, under Integration, toggle the Connect to database switch. Then, select the Base, Users table, and User email field.

Password login

If you prefer to have respondents login using a single password instead, change the Verification type to Password. Click Set password to enter your passcode.

To edit your password, simply click the same password field and enter the new one.
 
Remember to Publish your form after entering or changing the password, otherwise respondents will not be able to access your form.

Single sign-on login (SSO)

You can also opt for SSO. Add Microsoft, OneLogin, Google Workspaces, Okta and other types of SSO login to your form. Learn more here.

Allow respondents to edit past submissions

Some forms may need to be updated or edited after submitting them. Under Basics, toggle the Can edit existing responses to give respondents an option to do so.
